These applications typically include features such as reservation management, housekeeping coordination, concierge services, and billing automation. They are instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency, elevating guest satisfaction, and boosting revenue for hotels and hospitality establishments.
In this project, our main focus was on developing a loyalty system, integrating payment gateways, and incorporating Wink hotels into our network. Additionally, certain aspects of the project involve utilizing IoT devices to connect hotel room doors with mobile applications.
